My name is Arshad Rasab, and I’m an experienced and dedicated Service Manager based in Birmingham, with a strong background in the health and social care sector. I currently work at New Leaf Supported Living Ltd, where I lead a team focused on delivering high-quality, person-centered support to clients. I take pride in building strong, motivated teams and maintaining positive relationships with both staff and stakeholders.
Fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi, I bring a multicultural and inclusive perspective to my work. My journey in care began at Comfort Care Services in 2019, where I progressed to the role of Lead Support Assistant. From there, I stepped into leadership roles including Team Leader and now Service Manager. Along the way, I’ve gained valuable experience in supervising teams, coordinating medication and training, managing relationships with health professionals, and maintaining thorough reporting practices.
I hold a BTEC in Health and Social Care from Farnborough College of Technology, and I bring additional experience from early roles in retail and education support, which helped shape my adaptability and people-focused approach.
