My name is samuel, I am 33years who has worked as Senior staff nurse for 6years in Ghana before I relocated to UK to join my family. I have a 3year experience as a carer in UK working in care home, home care and domiciary care. Having work as a nurse and a carer has given me an opportunity to blend nursing and care experince to provide quality care to my clients. Both roles has  provided a chance to build strong relationships with clients and patients, offering support and companionship, particularly in challenging situations, I have impacted alot in people’s especially people with dementia, learning disability, cardiovascular accident, epilepsy, diabetes, hypertension, peg feeding, colostomy care, tracheostomy care, mobility problems, incontinence, arthritis, nasogastric feeding, autism, parkinsons. I am a married man with three kids and I have five siblings who reside in ghana. I have worked with NSAID and Marie stopes proving HIV and family planning care in Africa. I am a multitasker, adaptive, honest, discipline, good communicator, good listerner, attentive to detail, trustworthy and team player. I go for vacations with my family on off days. I love playing puzzles and football at my free time.
