With over 15 years of experience in the health and social care sector, I have worked across a variety of settings including children’s services, mental health units, and supported living environments for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and epilepsy. My professional journey has been shaped by a strong commitment to person-centred care, empathy, and teamwork.

In addition to my career experience, I am also a parent to a child with autism, which has deepened my understanding and approach to supporting individuals with additional needs. This personal perspective has enriched my ability to promote independence and engagement through meaningful activities and community involvement.
