I am a highly trained and responsible clinician with over 17 years experience in all aspects of nursing, including management and administration.Confident, reliable, trustworthy with first-rate organisational skills with a methodical approach. I work well using my own initiative or within a team, with the ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure. I have worked in different settings of the current NHS and acquired a vast amount of skills and knowledge to deal with the on-going changes in nursing and clinical practice and care delivery. During the span of my career,I was also responsible for the smooth running of a Residential Care Home specialising in Dementia care.
