I have over 20 years as a nurse. My experience has mainly been with the NHS.I am a good nurse/carer. I have compassion and empathy for the patients I care for. Caregiving can be challenging, I have patience and help support patients at their own pace and to maintain their independence. I believe everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. I am reliable and tend to build good relationships with patients and act as advocate when necessary. I have good observation skills, paying attention to my patients health and behaviour. I can adapt to changing needs and situations. In my current role, I administered medication, assist/support patients with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, feeding.
