Location: Cardiff, South Wales
Pay: £12.75 per hour + mileage
Hours: Flexible hours – mornings, evenings & weekends

We are expanding our Reablement Care Team in Cardiff to help people regain independence after illness or hospital discharge.
You’ll be helping clients with:

Short-term support for mobility, hygiene and nutrition
Goal-focused care to build confidence at home
Working closely with occupational therapists and nurses
Documenting progress and reporting changes
Ideal Candidate:

Strong interpersonal skills and a motivational attitude
UK driving licence and own vehicle
Full training provided – great for career starters or returners
