Location: Bristol
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week, across a 7-day rota

We are recruiting Support Workers for a community mental health project supporting adults with depression, anxiety, and schizophrenia.
You’ll Be Responsible For:

Emotional support and crisis prevention
Medication prompts and goal setting
Supporting access to community services
Promoting independence and self-care
Requirements:
Experience in mental health (paid or voluntary)
Strong communication and listening skills
Resilience and calm under pressure
